Positive: This condo literally has everything you could possibly need except wifi. Everything was super clean and brand new. Everything you need for cooking meals is available and fully set up with all kitchen appliances and kitchen ware. There is a nice balcony in this unit and I personally would take one of the balcony folding chairs up to the rooftop every morning with my coffee and enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and ocean view. I absolutely enjoy every moment of my stay in this condo and if you are looking for some peace and quiet and beautiful rooftop sunrises and sunset's I’d highly recommend this place. They also have great security guards that are very helpful, amazing pools and can literally walk 8-10 mins to the beach just down the road. This place is about 20-25 min scooter ride to Alona beach and about the same distance to Tagbilaran City. Also there is power slim fitness gym also about 10min walk up the street which is nice gym with everything you need to do full workouts and only cost 900₱ for one month membership. I will definitely be returning next year and staying at Primary Homes oceancrest condos 100% I loved staying here. Thanks so much for everything.
